Sikinos Island

Sikonos is one of the most beautiful islands in the Cyclades , with stunning landscapes and pleasant beaches. The island has avoided mass tourism, and the islander’s main source of economy is fishing and farming.

Sikonos Town consists of the villages Kastro and Chora. The town is a labyrinth of narrow lanes that wind their way upwards. At the top is the fortified monastery of Moni Zoodohou Pigis. In the Chora, there is a private Folk Museum , where they have on display local and agriculture items.

Alopronoia is a small port on the southeast coast, and is a small resort with a wide sandy beach ideal for children.
